When I turn on any of the options on the climate control I E3 on the screen instead of a temp setting. The fan and the vents work. I just replaced the head gaskets and I decharged the AC, Would that have something to do with it or would there be something wrong with the controls?

EDIT: nevermind, i presume it is the one in your sig...

e3 means the in-vehicle sensor is stuck open. have you taken the dash panels apart? maybe you left a wire disconnected. i'm not exactly sure if ti is the sunload, or the cabin air temp sensor that its talking about.

here's the tech article for you.: http://www.sccoa.com/articles/climatecontrol.php

edit x2: its the in vehicle temp sensor... soemone wanna fill me in on where that is? lmfao.

Thanks.

Its actually in my 92 that I just got on the road. The 90 is dead and now and organ donor for the 92. I guess I need to pull out the Climate Control Head Unit and check all the wires. May have bumped one installing my in dash CD changer.
