Trans linckage

Noticed that the transmission kickdown linckage was off the throttle body bracket. There must have been a plastic grommet to hold it on the bracket, but it was gone. Can I get one from any auto parts or should I just go to a trans shop to see if they have one to fit.
 
Ford sells a new and improved brass fitting with a cotter pin. I had to order it at the ford dealer for like $5 or $6. Never had problems after that. I'm pretty sure parts stores don't carry them. All I had with me was some string when mine broke so I temporarily tied it up:eek:
 
I strongly advise against driving the vehicle with that cable disconnected. Your transmission WILL burn up.
 
Trans shop had one they just gave me. Plastic, but next time I find myself at the dealership I think I will order the metal one.
