Im Aaron from Az I got A 91 Sc w At and 1000mi on engine my car wont go over 45mph no matter what i do it takes a miracle to get it to leave the drive way or from any stop .

Is the TV cable hooked up on the Throttle body linkage ?? .. or adjusted properly ?

You might try doing a search .. its on every AOD transmission which is what your car has. Controls pressure in the transmission and is linked to the Throttle body at the linkage. There are 3 cables that connect to your Throttle body .. the two that are connected to eachother on the bottom part is the throttle cable and cruise control. The upper most cable is the TV cable and connects to your transmission.
