What OHM are 30lb SC injectors?

Are they high impedance or low impedance?

high if stock. Or I guess most or all 30s are high.

They would be high you usually dont see low impedence injectors until you get over the 60lb range.

I believe that all stock Ford injectors since the late 80's are high impedance. Low impedance are pretty rare except in a few imports and, like Jay said, in big volume applications.
