ARGGH mystery oil leak!

I noticed today that when i put my foot in my sc, not long after I smell burnt oil! well i got to looking when i got home and i got some getting on my exhaust.. and a couple drips here and there... It apears to be HIGHER than the oil pan what the hell could it be?? up at the heads it looks dry as a bone.. could a cracked dipstick tube blow out oil at high rpms?? I had a hairline crack in it that I RTV'd real good before i put it back together... It doesen't really LOOK like its the dipstick tube but its kinda messy down there so i can't tell... whatever it is I still am sitting at full on my oil level... As i said it only seems to leak if you put your foot in it... no smoking or bad running anything like that... da*$*@! i was planning on going to the track this weekend i hope i can figure this out! any idea's?????

you might be suffering from excessive blow-by.....

Check your PCV sytem and any other places where air can be forced out of the inside of the engine.....

My 93 SC would blow the dip stick out of the tube about 2 inches and then spray oil all over the engine compartment......:mad:

If you are suffering blow by your gonna be extremely pisssed.

SC's are a real PITA somtimes......I'm going to try to pinpoint it better today..It leaks enough to scare me but it doesent seem to loose much oil as its not gone down on the stick... I;m still using my old pcv valve.. it still rattled and its a motorcraft just cleaned i up a bit.. could my low vacuum (10hg) be making my pcv system not work well enough??
