whats the correct size for this?

I got replacement nuts and they thread on but wont get tight, and they eventually loosen and gives me a pleasant exhaust leak...

Id love to replace the studs and nuts but no clue on the sizes, tried a search came up with this...

The studs are 3/8-16 ?

Mike, M10 x 1.5 pitch is correct for those studs. N805455 S2 is the Ford hardware number, if you want to order the original style. N802356 S301 is the number for the nut to go on them.

Can anyone confirm that the exhaust stud has the same thread on both ends? IE, the threads in the manifold are the same thread as the thread on the nuts?

If I remember correctly, the threads in the manifold are different than the threads used to hold the down pipe to the manifold....

Yeah, that's what I'm worried about. I am going to replace these studs entirely and want to get the right ones.

I have even drilled and re-tapped the holes to make them standard American.....:p
