Dustin Yenny(Cam sensor replacment???)

How do i change my cam sensor? Do i just unbolt the old one, and bolt in the new one? I looked in my manual and it says something about putting the #1 cylinder at 26* past TDC. Do i have to do this...or can i just swap them out? I know you replaced yours, and you might be able to help me out on this one. thanks again man.

Yes, just unbolt the old one and install the new one. It should take around 15 minutes to swap them.

so i dont have to worry about the position of the sensor or anything, in relation to top dead center?

Nope. It only goes on 1 way and the position of the camshaft is irrelevent as long as you haven't dismantled the engine.
