Here are some pic`s of the new ride. Its looks bad but the rest of the car is sound except for some front end parts, paint, seats, new body, oh well its still a SC.

NO PROBLEM just use some polyester glaze [filler] some 36 grit rubbing compound and some basecoat clearcoat spray wax and it'll be good as new :D

It was overheating so I needed to get more air flow:D
Works better than then the wire cutting thing. I went to cut just the wire and slipped with the chain saw a bit.
I bought it with tree damage. The dam tree jumped out in front of him according to the last owner. Front forks are bent, rad support and header panel well is toast unless someone wants it for the air mod?:D

Im fixing it. I just hate to see these go to the crusher or parted out. I looking to buy a entire car for donner parts.
Maybe one that has been hit in the rear or blew a engine. It can be a LX or a SC but I need the right bumper cover. Maybe even a 96-97 front end?
How is your car comming? It looks real nice with that DOHC 4.6 I just love the size of those valve covers. Reminds me of the old big block chebbies.

I do still have my 94LX that I'm junking soon ,so If you need anything let me know.
Btw I've got my 95sc running good after the 4.6 dohc swap so it's chilling in my garage now .I took it for a ride around the block on open headers to wake up my neighbors and their dogs:D few days ago.it's at least twice louder on open headers now than when it had 3.8sc in it.I'm not doing anything else to the car now because I'm building forged 4.6 DOHC now that I want to put it in soon.

here is my 95sc resting in the garage

Mark, that's barely noticeable. I'm surprised you even asked about it. :D Good luck with the rebuild.

Im just pickey I guess. I bought a gallon can of bondo for the hood. I hope will harden being 3 inches thick. Just as a back up plan if this dose not work out I will cut the hood and bring the intercooler up though the hood. No need for a fan then>:D

No its a 91 with flat black wheels. Im thinking they just painted them. The second thing im doing is making them silver again. Went to change out the window motors and what do you know, the drivers side is welded in. NICE:confused:

who the hell welds in a window motor? Can you drill out the welds? The new motor should have plastic inserts you can use 3 small bolts to bite into. If not you will probably end up needing a new door unless you want to disassemble that door, or cut out the window brackets and weld in new ones.

I vote for doing the wheels gloss black.

Enjoy the project. Check out the firewall too. On the last couple parts cars I've had the firewall has flexed and broken in the middle.

If you need anything in particular keep me in mind. I'll probably have another parts car before March.

I will be in touch Todd as im going to need alot down the road. Did some buffing today and it looks like a 95 now. SEE cleaning your car can take away years:eek:
In my case 4. The broken 4 X 4 AKA frame tool broke off in my hands. What fun:rolleyes:

I take it you got the front bumper and header panel w/ lights at the junk yard. That will be neat with a newer front end. I'm wondering what a set of 97 lights on an early model car w/ the 94/95 hood and bumper would look like. Cuz it still has early rear bumper, tail lights, and interior. Maybe I'll do it to mine.

I found a guy parting a 95 out. The head lights have got to go. I might just do the 96-97 swap. I have seen a lot of them.

BTW, I discovered that Rock Auto has bumpers, bumper energy absorbers, and bumper covers which are all rather reasonably priced.
