Well i added another SC to the stable last night. Its a beauty 16k actual miles and has been kept in a climate controlled garage its entire life. The car is an AOD,Silver clearcoat, leather interior and loaded with factory options JBL,CD,Moon Roof etc. There are a few gravel chips on the front and a scratch or two other than that it is in excelent shape.

Great car! Watch out for bad drivers! And document everything so you have proof of its rarity and value in case you do get in a wreck. (God forbid.)

No mods going to keep it all original.

does it have the lifetime warranty on the engine as stated, if so i would definetly overdrive it, haha.

Good choice to keep it original. Start modifying it, and you'll actually be able to HEAR the value drop! Looks like an excellent reference piece. I'm doing some research for another international Thunderbird club on the MN12's. If you don't mind, I may want to contact you for some detailed information/photos/etc. from your car. I'm going to be helping build the concours judging standards for the 89-97's, and reference cars are a valueable resource to help deterimine "how it was done" originally.

Thanks,

JD

That a shame, good luck with it

Why would one take an expensive, pristine car and butcher it, then beat the snot out of it? It would be quicker and easier to just put the thousand dollar bills in a pile and set a match to them.

There are plenty of tired, high-mileage candidates out there to "fix up" and hotrod. There needs to be at least a few originals left for posterity...

Yes it has lifetime engine warranty and it wont be driven enough to overdrive. It has become a hanger Queen :D

Once you get the hangar built, you should construct a giant rotating stand for it. You know, like a mega-sized watch winder. Then you can just stop in there every few days and admire it. ;)

Sweet. Nice one.

Does it have the vin # stickers on it all over the place. I have been finding them on mine. Most wierd one is on the rear ground effects. I am amazed it is still there.
