I got a idea..Good or Bad??

Ron and crew,

The SCCOsw has a meet in Vegas once a year that is a pretty good size.
SOOOO... I was thinking that we show them a little Southern-Northern Cal housipality(as if i can spell that...Geesh!).
What would you think of a N/Cal-S/Cal-S/W meet?????
We would hold this meet in the south Cal. area. Maybe do a little racing and a nice "coast" cruze to tie things up:eek: .
I think it might fly. Everyone in the near by areas would show, and not so near by. It would make for one H@#L of a meet. Its fees-able for all to make the drive on say a three day weekend?

The racing season is winding down so it might have to be held in Carlsbad.( http://carlsbadrags.tripod.com/ . That isn't so bad as San Diego is a great place for a real big meet. Hotels and good eateries abound....
I am not sure if holding it soon would give everyone ample time to schedule and committ.
I will make this a sticky and see what everyone else thinks...
