hello again everyone,
right now i have a few things left to finish the sc up.

One of those is get this nice new 255 lph fuel pump in the tank, now in order to do this do i definitely have to drop the fuel tank, or is there another way to access it?

Thanks in advance,
-John

Unless you want to cut a large hole in your floor, you have to drop the tank. You have to remove the small floorpan brace, the rear section of the exhaust, the exhaust heat shield, then the tank. Depending on the year, watch out for a vent tube over the driveshaft. Also, there is a small black vent line to the charcoal canister. Resist the temptation to pull the plastic fitting out of the tank. Instead, pull the hose off the fitting. It is harder to remove this way, but getting the fitting back in the tank is a major pain.

that's what i thought.

Yeah the back half of my exhaust (behind the resonator) still isn't on until i get this fuel pump in so it's a little loud driving down the road  and i get to put my addco bar on and get my springs in and have this bitch tuned finally.
