sc in staten island ny

does anybody live on staten island with a 94-95 sc???
i was going to pepboys the other day and i saw a dark red 94-5 and later that day i saw a silver 94-5 sc with after market wheels both cars had NY plates. it's just weird this island is only 13 miles long by 8 miles wide and iv never seen either on those cars before. i was just wondering
