ARC problem

my firm ride light blinks 3 times, wich means the front right actuator is acting up. it usually happins when im in firm ride for awhile then switch over to a softer ride then it sticks in firm. it is getting to the point where i have to spray wd40 and loosein the needle about once or twice every 2 weeks. is there a way to prevent the needle from sticking so ofton!!! or ,maybe a way to cure the problem??? any help would be appreciated, thanks guys

You Probably already fixed your problem...

I had the same problem with the 3 blinks ..Today I oiled the tab and noticed that the actuator female end itself looked a tad worn...The hole and slot seemed a tad too big..Almost like it tries to adjust but too much slop to mesh to make the adjustment....I used a set of needle nose pliers and crushed the female end a tad...Put the actuator on softy until it felt like it had meshed... Snapped it on and turned the key............I tried it with Firm ride and Auto... No problems....
