'94 blower on a '90 engine

I have an opportunity to pick up a blower off a '94 SC. Can I do a straight swap to my '90 SC? I understand that the newer blowers are better but I don't know if they are compatable with the earlier engines and if this is a good move. Can I get a witness?

yes you can but you'll also need the '94 inlet plenum with the '94 blower.
