pulley sizes....need some help

I have two pulleys sitting around that I got with my old 91. I am not sure what the OD is on one pulley. The other looks to me like a stock 91 pulley.

Do you guys have measurements of the different pulleys?

The stock pulley has an outer diameter of 3.5" while a 10% pulley comes in at 3.1".
 
No problem bro. That's measured to the outermost point and not the ribs by the way.
