I wasn't aware they made SCs in 96 with V8s. Since this section is for SCs only, this must be a rare car worth millions.

So what's wrong with the car? The TC has ballooned?

Car is located in Jackson, TN. When I say the torque converter has balooned I mean that:

When in any gear the engine revs and the trans engages but it is a sluggish connection between the engine and the trans. The fluid in the trans is a bright red and it makes no noise.

The car was vandalized when I bought it and I have losted all the repairs and parts replaced. It will need minor bodywork, fit and finish. It runs great. Just that the trans is sluggish.
