Hey, I just read a write up on the MidAmerica Ford Meet in the Ford Builders Magazine (great mag by the way). Its in Tulsa. Here is the page for it, and if you get a chance pick up the Oct. 07 edition of Ford Builder Magazine. It actually gives T-Birds a fair amount of ink compared to Mustangs!

Can you imagine the looks on their faces seeing fast T-birds, let alone Cougars? LOL!

Based on the write up in the Ford Builder Magazine.. They've seen them. I just want them to see MORE!

Emm.... Unless you trade Marc motors, You'd be suprised...

"Fast" is relative to the other guy... and the other guy is way infront of ya ;)

I'd love to attend this thing. I've never been able to attend any of the big T-bird or Ford events, they're always too far away.

Meh... Makes me wish I had a 5-speed SC... Don't want scary rpms at 90 trying to keep up with you bastards ;) I'll step into it a little at those RPMs, and spin off into a ditch.

Does this Ford Builder have the World Ford Challange X (10) in it? If so, are there any places around your area that sell it? Or better yet, could you send me yours? I've been told that my car is in it and I want to pick up the magazine but I can't find it around here.

Oh, in case you guys didn't know, the guy who writes for Ford Builder is our very own Will Smith who happens to own several SC's and is a SCCoA member.

Yes, it does have a write up of the Ford Challenge X in it. And yes, the T-bird articles are written by Will Smith. No, you can't have my copy. I've seen them at various Quik Trips. I've seen them at Some (but not all) Wal-Marts. If you like I can post the subscription info.

That's ok, I'll try the Barnes and Noble again on the way home. The last time I checked they didn't have it but they did carry some in the past. Maybe it was just the timing of getting them in.

Hot Rod magazine tech section (NOV issue) did a write up on the disc brake upgrade for the MN12. Nice list of all parts needed and what cars to find them on.

If you have that article, I'd like to see it... I've been eating up my stopping power lately.... can't lock em' anymore. I've got a set of factory stuff in my trunk, and when that's done with, I need to upgrade bad.

Yeah, I finished reading it last night at work. Has years of cars, part #'s, and every piece you need. Also briefly touched on the Cobra upgrade.
