Contact the SCCOA and ask for a reprint. I believe all back issues are available in one form or another.

I just rebuilt mine myself this time and ran it this weekend at the MN-12 Nationals. I followed my own article and it works! I've got a follow-up article in the works. It turned out to be easier than it looked. E-mail me.
