I have a 93 and the headlights are like whitish instead of clear which makes my low beams not seem as bright. Is there anyway I can change the headlights so its clear and not whitish color? thanks

All the headlight lenses are like that, for the '89-'93s - unless you wanna risk taking apart the lens, and spray chrome inside of it, you're screwed.

The quickest way to clean them up, is to use Clearcoat Polishing compound on them. Put some on a soft cloth and hand rub the lens. It may take more than one application to get all of the yellow haze off them. This will remove about 80% of the yellow color and remove the haze.
After you have them cleaned up, put one or two coats of car wax on them. Once they start to yellow, you will have to do this several times per year to keep them looking nice.
I broke down and bought new ones form Ford. (200.00 / pair)

Could you explain how to clean it more? Like how do I clean the inside of the headlight?

Most guys who have posted about yellowing headlights usuall talk about polishing up the exterior of the headlights.
You can take nail polish remover and some fine fine grit sand paper to remove the yellowing plastic. I'd try that first before going out and purchasing new head light assy. for $200.
