KC Dinner/Christmas Meet (this weekend)

Anyone up for a little get together before Christmas?

Since we always do something on the Missouri side, maybe we could meet up closer to Olathe, KS for lunch/dinner. Matt, Tyler and others are welcome to come but I'm not sure if you guys would want to make the drive (you guys are welcome if you like).

For everyone coming, please bring a $20-$25 gift to do a little swap meet (automotive gifts only and not to exceed $25 but must be at least $20 worth). We can figure out how to do the swap but it's a time to give and get while we get together.

I'm thinking maybe next Saturday or the Saturday after?

So, what do you think? Have lunch/dinner with friends and give/recieve a gift.

I will not be able to make it I go in for shoulder surgery Thursday. I will not be able to drive. If it the following week I can try and make it. I may not be in the sc drivers door is sticking realy bad & the outside handle brokeso I have to reach through passengerside & push really hard. So with one arm that will not work.

Do you mean money for the gift requirements? Most people will spend $20 over 2 days for lunch so I'm sure people can come up with that much.

Some gift ideas might be, cleaning products, shop towels, jumper cables, cleaning kit, mechanix gloves, tire gel and things like that. There are a lot of small things you can buy for $20 that all of us could use and make a nice swap gift.

I checked the title and post, and both said something about January...?

Anyway, no matter. I had plans to go home this weekend, but were cancelled last minute due to the electrician not finishing up so I could start sheetrock. If we do one in January, just post ahead of time so I can clear the weekend.
