I think Jeff (j57ltr) has the equipment to do so. Not sure if he is doing it commercially though.

I have a ultrasonic cleaner and test stand. I have not had time (yes, I know it has been over a year), to find a place that sells replacment pintle caps, screens and O-rings. I can clean and flow check them.

When you buy the upper gasket set the O-rings come with them.
