Hello, everyone. I know this doesn't have anything to do with SC's but I wanted as many people to see this as possible. Some low-lifes stole my families 3 Polaris snowmobiles along with the 3-place aluminum fully enclosed trailer last night.

I am so mad, we had just been planning out our first trip a couple days ago and sure enough this happens. We had 05, 06, and 07 sleds. Very long-shot I know but, but if anybody sees 3 very nice sleds or a white 3 place fully enclosed trailer cruisng around let me know. The trailer had/has polaris across both sides in large letters.

I live in Northern Indiana btw.

Whew hoo. Found everything. Tool bag little low life POS's took the top off the trailer and tried to sell it at a scrap yard. Caught 3 fools that live in Columbia City which is about 10-15 miles from Fort Wayne. My dad is on his way to pick up whats left now, I guess all the snowmobiles are in tact, from what police say. 2 of them had insurance on them, the other(my brothers) did not. So hopefully his has not been molested. I hope those guys learn their lesson and get whats coming to them in the slammer!!!!! They better get their pocket books out also.

Thanks to anyone who was just keeping an eye out. You never know how far these individuals could have gotten withing 24 hours. Long shot or not, looks like they were dumb and we got very very lucky. Columbia City's got some real hillbillies, I should have known.

Matt

I will post some pictures up sometime this week. Supposedly they blew the engine up on one of them. Who knows how, we beat them pretty hard and havent managed to do that on any of ours before. 2 juveniles and 1 adult stole them. The machines were all fogged for the summer, and 1 of them is very tricky to keep running. They must have used ether or something and trashed one. I'll give the full story when I get pictures

Heres a couple pictures of our snowmobiles up in the UP of Michigan last year. 2nd picture looks foggy probably because it was snowing very very hard. Anyone who has never experienced how hard it snows up their should make trip sometime. Second pic. from left to right, The 07, 06, and 05. We picked up the snowmobiles last night. The kids didn't deliberately set out to destroy the sleds so that is a plus. They did run them on the road and dirt though which wears out the track sliders and front ski scaggs on a snowmobile very quickly because they require snow. Just your typical non-appreciative kids, couple of dings here and their but nothing worth showing pictures of.
Wont stop my trip to Brimley, MI from Feb. 6-10:)
