As good if not better than OEM in my opinion; of course I have only seen OEM with many miles never new. This set is very heavy and molded for our cars. No glue required per the instructions and the carpet pad is very nice as well. Don't think you'll be disappointed and shipping from Oklahoma to Nebraska will be cheaper than most...
