As i said in a nother post , a few pics of my 2004 Porsche 911 Twin Turbo. You guys think the XR-7 / SC is big money to mod...trust me you have no idea how stupid it is to mod a Porsche.

A few details of the car its a stage 3 car running K16/k28 hybrid turbo's larger IC, larger mass air, intake system, exhaust and of course Custom Software. the car makes 550 at the wheels and 600 FT LBS of TQ.The car sits on 19" SSR's and on a full Bilstein coil overs.Int has a number of upgrades as well. LOTS of carbon fiber with a Kenwood DVD/Nav hands free blue tooth.
Please feel free to ask any questions!

That car is gorgeous. I have always love the 911 TT's but I doubt in my future I will ever make enough to own one.

if you can afford that car then modding shouldnt be all that bad....
not even close to comparable with what a sc cost compares to the cost of there mods.

sweet ride btw:eek:

Thanks guys
When modding a Porsche, its the " Porsche tax" everyone charges, for example
when you buy a turbos for these cars its 4 K a pop and you need 2, when everyone knows it should only cost 2500 for both! So yea I can afford to do it, i just hate getting raped when i do!.Please don't misunderstand I am not complaining at all I have a good life and work really hard for what i have. I am soooo looking forward to doing the Xr-7 because for once it will be fun doing because the parts cost what they should and don't include the " Rape me tax cuz I have a Porsche".Someone asked for motor shots, I will post some but you cant see a dam thing , the motor is so far buried under the mid of the car all you see is a air box!

Thanks David

My plans with the XR-7 is to make it look BRAND NEW!! I want the car to look
like the day we picked it from the dealer when it was new. My plans are to have it done in may, it takes a little time to do a complete body off restore, well not like the body can come off , but i hope you know what i mean.

Hey Man,

Nice looking car, I got to line up beside the AWD model at Cayuga back in november, guy was trapping 135mph, running low 11's mid 10s and I think he eventually hit a high 9, was a twin turbo setup with nitrous, we got it on tape me beating him out of the hole with my SC, it didnt mean anything as he quickly passed me lol, should come over and check us out on the Ontario board, alot of the local members have tons of parts to help you obtain your goal of restoring it back

Hey Paul,

Ill send you a pm, will have to drop by and check out the xr7, as well as the Porsche, Not sure if you know but one of the club members has a barn stocked up in Orangeville with about 30 SC's/xr7's in total, hes pulled them apart and has a inventory of parts, alot of members go to him to replace parts. Ill get you that info and send you a pm

Nice ride, porches are bad a$$ cars but they're little pricey for average people.I've seen GT3 RS few weeks ago on the street and it looked awesome.

Hey Paul,

I wish that was me, but thats my friend Art from Acton, thats a 90 supercoupe that hes tubbed and put a ford 9 inch in, and dropped in a 460 truck pull motor, his best is a 11.65, but the motor is coming out over this winter and being done out for the track, its a pretty sweet track car, but that is the gentleman with the porsche I raced, super nice car as well as yours.

Hope you and your family have a good Christmas Paul,

Bruce
