I found this while snooping around online..

That is the outlet of a Steig stage IV outlet from a Cobra blower, and I thought you -among others- might find the extra little hole and the shapes interesting.

Jaguar outlet is a lot diffrent than the cobra. I incresed my outlet size some but stayed conservetive. I think the inlet is the big problem on the stock
M112 more than the outlet

I knew they were different, but I didn't know if the geometry would be useful at all. After seeing everything about the M112's I am going to have to agree with you on the Inlet side.
 
One more thing...

It looks like Jag used a 4.0L from 98-03 at which point they switched to a 4.2L engine and updated the blower with bigger bearings.

Might help with the bearing problem if you haven't gotten the new ones yet, this would also be a nice note for anyone else wanting to do the project.
