MOTIVE PERFORMANCE Gears

I just bought a set of these gears with a 3:55.1 ratio and I heard from somebody that they aren't very good brand of gears. The guy told me that they make a wierd noise once installed. Anyone have these, know someone who does or know anything about them? Also any recommended brand of gears would be appreciated.

Any rear gears that make noise, are not set up correctly. The guy who's complaining about Motive gears SHOULD already know that!

I always try to listen to people who have done things correctly, & dismiss the complaints of people who did it wrong!

but they are not installed yet. I got em from a shop in Detroit and was told a lot of Mustang boys use em with good success I was told. The price was right at 139.00 for a 4.10 set.

& you won't have a problem. There is nothing bad about Motive gears. Just make sure you have a Good 8.8" shop to put'em in for ya.
