i have a leak around my pressure switch. i am going to pull it and replace the "o" ring. do the brakes need to bled after this procedure?

No you won't need to bleed the brakes. But, I'm doubting that changing the O'ring will stop the leak. I've had 3 of them leak and all were internal and leaked out of the electrical connector. The switch probably isn't working anyway so you can remove it and plug up the orfice. I soldered over it on one of mine. If the firm ride light comes on with a hard pressing of the brake pedal then the switch is working and replacing the O'ring or covering the threads with teflon tape might stop the leak. If the light doesn't come on then you might as well plug the orfice. Plug the threaded hole when you have the switch out or you will lose a lot of fluid.
