Hmmm ever see a car with "only 150K" on it have a steering wheel that torn up!?.
If anyone looks at it , check out the brake pedal as well, if its got the rubber pads corner worn off its got a crap load more than 150K on it..
Also look at the floor pad and underneath on the carpet itself, it should not be that worn with that low of Ks.
Maybe a leased car with the OD pulled??.. maybe not..
1200 is cheap though for anything that is running and certifiable, but if it is "as is", its buyer beware, and if the Ks not true it may not pass the E test.
Dave.

i dont think any of thats true.... the car might have been parked in the sun and the steering wheel is brittle... and all of my cars gas pedals show wear on the gas pedal..... and my carpet isnt carpet where i rest my drving foot... lol

All my vehicles are parked in the sun [ all fords, all early to mid 90s ] ] so , same material . none have that torn up padding, not even close, my pickup with over 250k on it does not even have that .
As far as the brake pedal, I said " the corner worn off " meaning down to the metal ,not , "worn" they obviously all wear.. , but if its half way there its probable enough clues to say the car is leaing towards having more Ks than the odometer says.
Also ,if the car has original mats and its worn threw and gouging the carpet, again more Ks or a reeeeealy heavy foot sits there.
The point was to add up all the clues to make a better judgment of the mileage on it .

Wulp, since your basically saying its a lie, then that would make it fraudulent, so instead of telling us, why don't you click on that link there on the right side that says Report Illegal/Infringing Ad and let the web site know so they can have the guy arrested.

Read the first post .... I said "maybe not".. but evidence does show it may have more miles than is claimed on the odometer.
And the last post , I said "The point was to add up all the clues to make a better judgment of the mileage on it " .
If you want to debate my reasoning in determining a good buy or a possible bad one, go ahead .. a pissing match was not my intention.
But, by all means ,if you feel its bad advice, please do not take it.
Dave.

Don't matter to me. You seem to be the one with the issue with it so I thought I would help you out and show the link to you where you could do something about it .

It never hurts to hear somones opinion.Personally any vehicle that runs ok and you can get a year or 2 out of it for 1200 is ok.But do you know how many vehicles get the odometer turned back especially if it was a lease car, most likely 70 percent of them.My opinion is it has more then 150k on it.There is rust below the belt moulding on the drivers door and underneath the drivers door there is rust along the seam and the passenger side quarter pannel has a massive dent and there is rust in the drivers side quarter pannel below the body side moulding and I'm sure there is a lot more if you look in person, but remember it is only $1200 bucks!:D:D
