Hey guys i've got a 91 sc that i want to change over to 94-95 style, what is required for the swap????
So far i'm thinking hood, lights, signals, front bumper cover(is the regular bird and the sc front bumper cover of these years the same,it looks the same??),trunk and rear bumper cover, is this all i need or do i need to change the front header panel as well????
Any info would be appreciated.

if the front ends are the same, I have a '94 4.6L bird that I am triing to convert to the older style, I would trade you everything needed for the front end even....

Header panel will be different as well. Other consideration is the wiring for the headlights. The 89 - 93 have separate low and high beam bulbs, and the 94-up have single bulbs on each side.
People have done the swap, maybe Wayne Koski from Thunder Bay will see this thread ... he swapped a 96/97 style front on to his early car.
cheers

If you're going to do the 94-95 front end swap on a 89-93, you might want to consider the 96-97 headlights and marker lights. They're a much cleaner look and they don't yellow. Regardless of which route you go, the parts list to do this is as follows:
Headlights
Marker Lights (only if you're going the 96-97 route)
Headlight bulbs
Headlight sockets (the 9004 style, regadless 94-97 are the same)
Header panel
Hood Release Slider
Bumper cover
License plate frame for bumper cover
Bumper cover tbird emblem
Hood
Misc. panel fasters and clips
The wiring of the headlights is straight forward if you have any basic electrical skills. I can help you if needed. I went a step further and made a headlight wiring harness that uses relays and won't burn out your headlight switch but still allows for daytime running lights. If you need help, let me know.
For the entire swap, the car will also need the side "bump" strip moldings, rear bumper cover, 92-up trunk lid and 92-up tail lights.
If you go with the 96-97 headlights, go with a 96-97 style hood. Use a 94-95 style hood with 94-95 headlights. There will be a gap between the lights and hood if you use a 94-95 hood with 96-97 headlights. I just modified my 94-95 fiberglass hood to fit them properly.
The swap is pretty straight forward. If you have all the parts, you can do it in one day. Here's a link to mine:

That is a nice looking car, don't believe I've seen it before...at least not with the new front end.

I'd like to head down to a bigger Ford show this year with the crew from SCCOO. Many of the guys here haven't seen my car because I'm a fourteen hour drive from most of them. I'm trying to get the interior completely finished this year and some serious engine bay detailing before I start "showing" it. The performance parts are piling up but I've had little time to work on the car. My plans for a new motor this winter will have to wait until next winter (unless someone wants to come up to Thunder Bay and build my motor for me :p)
