I've been having this problem with my car for a while now. When i let it sit for 8+ hours it will have a very hard start. When(if) it dose start there will be a puff of blue/grey smoke out the back. For the last few days I have been driving it really easy. never past 2.5 rpm, rarely go into boost, just driving like a grandma. Since i started driving like this it has started perfectly. What could this mean?

fuel injectors tested ok
car gets fuel pressure
