Oil pressure switch connection

Let me say first that I did search...but didn't find a definitive answer.

Is the connection to the oil pressure switch a push-on and if so, where can I get a replacement? The OP gauge in my B-I-L's '94 doesn't work and it feels like the metal connection inside the rubber 90° fitting is broken. I tried to pull it off, but it seems really stuck on there and I didn't want to bust it entirely until I have a replacement. TIA.

The connection is a push on. And the wire will sometimes split inside the insulation. You could also have a bad sensor. It is a ON an Off

You can just yank it off. Restrip the wire and use a round female bullet type wire connector. You can crimp that down a little and it'll fit right on the lug.

The help section may even have the proper right angle type connector. I think I saw some there the last time I was browsing.
