OMGz! Tey're not VTekk'n teh streetz!? LAWLZ!

No, seriously, we're going to the track the first day its open... Sunday the 24th (weather permitting). Soo far, Its probably going to just be Jason and I, but we'd love to see some more of you guys out there too! If you can make it, awesome! I'll take some pictures for those missing out.

I'd love to go, but the job market around here sucks a$$. No-one wants to hire me :( So i prolly wont be able to make it, cuz once i get a paycheck (if i ever get another one), it's going toward gas to pick up the DOHC. :D

I might try to make this one because i want to run this car even though it will still be stock at this point. Brakes are almost done all we got to do it connect the brake lines and bleed them:D

Sweet!! Congrats on the progress on the car man!

Its always nice to have a baseline run... I ran 16.0 untuned with 4.10s, 18s, 3800 stall, and a full J-mod. I'm very anxious to see how much the tune helped.

Loan companies like for ppl to have an ability to repay the loan. ;) i filled out 15 applications today, hopefully one of 'em will work for me. i'm getting tired of bein a bum :( Unless you wanna give me a loan, i gotta get a job b4 i can get the car.

:( I could not stand that. I drive the taurus for a day, and I'm like "Give me my car back". The hardest part about driving the cougar is turning off my "Diagnostic mode". I'm always trying do find things wrong with it...I need to just accept that its an OLD friggen car, and will make noises.

Nah its a 07 LS but its still fun to drive it rides so smooth great handling to you can take turns at 40MPH in that thing

Hehe, You'll still like the SC more... Nothing beats the stupidcharger. You're just mad at it now because its being a douche. I have those months too. Right now, I <3 My cougar.

I can drift the escort, it's got a stupidsticky e-brake. I can slide on dry pavement doing 50+. It's especially fun in the snow though, last couple days have been enjoyable. I always wanted to turbo it (they have kits, believe it or not) but havent ever done it. It's got less than 60k Miles on it too. Couldnt tell by looking though, it's had quite a hard knock life.

There's a fine line b/w bravery and stupidity. :) Ive had that car for years. It's always gonna hold a special place in my heart, lol. I like doing stupid stuff in it b/c it's expendable, and it has airbags. I've crashed it once, not my fault believe it or not. and it held up a lot better than i anticipated.

EDIT: just for clarification, i meant airbag restraints, not suspension. :)

Brad, you better go get that car asap! I'm heading to STL the 25th of next month... if you don't have it by then, I will!!! Does it drive fine? I thought he didnt have that road worthy?

its not rod worthy enough to trust on a 600 mile trip yet. but he's driven it around town. And the car isn't in St. Louis, its in Louisville KY. i was gonna meet him in STL cuz its about half way. Now i think i'm gonna dolly it back w/ my buddys truck, just so i dont get stranded on I-44 (its happened before and it sux)

Tow dolly FTL! Just get a trailer :D If I was closer, I'd offer mine - or offer to go get it for the cost of fuel.
