Howdy all! I paid my 15 bucks, just waiting to be acknowledged by the site. Hurt my ankle at work, so I'm stuck at home. Anyone know where I can get a better set of engine schematics than chiltons' offers? I don't actually have time to work on the rat till Wednesday, but I think the Chilton manuals have gotten awfully vague in the last like ten or so years. Oh, FYI... The rat is my 92 SC, blown head gasket. I've broken down the engine to the heads, but it's overwhelming. So much stuff. But I'll get it, summers' coming. Got the pink today! I've had cool speedy cars before, but this one is different. It's like a panther. I wouldn't be surprised if it leaped off the road and murdered an antelope. Anyway, it was given to me for a dollar, in good overall shape, and I am massively excited. First thing I did was get on the internet, found this site and signed up. I think it'll be a good thing. I'll try to get some pictures up, but I don't think it's anything special yet. (unless you look at the bill of sale. 1$!!!):D:D:D:cool:

I've found EBAY to be a good source for service manuals. I just picked up both the regular service manual and the EVTM (Electric-Vacuum Technical Manual....or something like that) for about $35.

Send TXSC a pm he usually has ford factory service manuals and evtms which are the way to go if you plan on keeping your SC for awhile the factory manuals are the only was to fly.
