Not really. I just can't figure out how to get the pictures I took onto this site. Site says pictures too big, or something. It's a camera and a computer. Aren't they supposed to communicate and figure these things out? Anyway, I'll get it. You've all seen a stock T bird with its guts ripped out anyway. (it's in pretty good shape though.)
Any way, I've been calling in all my sources. A family friend builds sand rails and dragsters, and is available for info. A server at my work ( I chef for a living.) told me her dad was a machinist for like fifty years, has his own shop, and will machine or fabricate anything I need. What luck!! So I guess my question is... is it feasible to not run the supercharger intake through the grill, instead cut a hole in the hood and install a blower? Same function, right? Would I need some sort of screen or throttle plates to keep from sucking birds and debris into the supercharger? Whats the importance of the radiator like object the intake hooks to? It seems to be only an air cooler, and the over the counter manual corraborates that, as far as I can see. Incidentally, mine had emulsified engine oil in the mouth when I removed it, and I couldn't see how it got there. Is the blower thing a bad idea? I've decided to do the whole motor the right way since I have all these resources. Thanx.:D:D:D:cool:
