As far as I know one from a 5spd will work on an auto, or vise versa, but I could be wrong. But the 94-95 DIS modules are different than the 89-93 modules. And the 94-95 DIS modules are located on the inner bumper I think. On a side note...I have a spare DIS that I'd sell you from an 89, if you need it.

The 94-95 California Emissions 3.8L NA MN12's use the same EDIS6 module.
