Fixed The Wierd Fuel Pump Problem!

Well after a new ignition switch, installing a spare IRCM, junk yard inertial switch and a new Bosch Fuel Pump assembly, I finally found the culprit. The EEC power relay in the power panel under the hood. It had to be a power problem so I swapped the fog lamp relay and the EEC relay and now it starts every time. I took the bad relay apart and sure enough the contacts were dirty. That is the reason I could cycle the key several times and it most likely would start. I took the fog lamp relay apart and it was fine. Installed two new relays and hopefully no more fuel pump problems for another 100,000 miles...lol.

Lesson Learned: If your car will not start and you cannot hear the fuel pump running or have no fuel pressure on the fuel pressure gauge, the EEC relay may be a good place to start looking for the problem.
