Boyd Coddington

Did anyone else notice that Boyd Coddington died last week? It happened last Wednesday and I found an article burried on page 11 of the auto section in the sunday sun. Even though I thought his TV show was kind of nuts he was somewhat of a creative visionary when it came to custom hot rods.

Yes, there was a thread going in the non-tech section about this. Also heard that another street rod builder, John Buttera, just passed away as well. He was one of the first to introduce the hand-made billet parts to the hobby, and had been a Funny Car chassis builder prior to that.

That's the first I heard about Boyd.:eek: Jeff Healy was not a car guy but he was a great Canadian guitarist. He died of cancer yesterday at 41.:(
