FYI! Found this on Craigs List - 1991 SC, Red, 5 Speed. I don't know anything else about it.

Holy crap!? 4.10 rear end!
I'd like to see a better picture of the back of the car to see what spoiler is on there. It reminds me of Brandon Garcia's old SC.

Holy crap is right... you'd have to start in 3rd gear on the street... I could barely use 1st in mine w/ 3.27's... that'd be an awesome rubber waster if you could get it not to hop...

I've already got a 94 5spd, and I'm not talking about the DOHC, so no need for that 91. Why don't you get it.. Oh yeah, that's right - you can't drive a 5spd very well.

Jason driving a 5spd? or driving in my DOHC?
Guessing it's Jason driving your 5spd since I don't think you've riden in my 94. I could be wrong.. I don't remember for sure who went for a ride back in Oct.

Ive never ridden in your 94... I'm talking about when jason and i went to the gas station so i could get some smokes, and he wanted to drive back... It was tyler's car. Nobody drives mine

Haha. I'll let some people drive my 94 - but not many. And if I drive someone else's car, I'm nice to it. Ask Tyler - he handed me the keys and said I could drive. I think I apologized everytime I shifted, whether up or down, into 2nd and it grinded haha :D I'm not bad at a 5spd. Could probably use some work - but I don't drive one on a regular basis.

EDIT: When you get that DOHC, I'd be curious to see how it feels compared to mine. Mostly in the driving and shifting and see if there's a different feel with the difference in gears - 3.73 vs 4.10.

You could come to Springtown on the 18th of April. :D

I would like to - but too far to drive and April/May isn't a good time for me to take long drives due to some bills being due, mainly insurance.

Burnouts are fun, 5000 RPM @ 7MPH (pulled #'s out of ~~~ :) ) in first isnt so much fun. on the street. 3.75 first gear plus 4.10 rear end, that's 7.85:1 Total reduction in first. It'd be useless on the street. (1st that is.) second would be pretty short too...

You're right... 4.30s would work better.

Burnouts are great... but damn, think about drive ability. I like 4.10's in my 94, but not sure I'd like them in the 5spd.
