Need specs on pulleys

We r going to design some pulleys from Aluminum.. Max size is 7 1/4" this machine can alow. Pulleys we r trying to make is idler, sc, jackshaft, ps, and ac delete pulleys..
Drafts, blue prints and what ever you got.. Help would be great on this...
