Hi guys, I have a few questions that hopefully someone can answer.

My planned upgrades are:

ported stock manifolds (from 93 parts car)
custom stainless 2.5" down tubes with high flow cats and a borla resonator (dual 2.5" X single 3") and no mufflers
5% OD pulley
CAI
IC fan
3/4" MP raised top
70mm MAF from my 93 parts car
UD pulleys
3.27 gears

I have all of the parts already except for the raised top which I will likely just order new as none seem to be in the for sale sections or ebay.

What I'd like to know is what kind of HP/TQ numbers am I likely to gain? Am I missing anything? Can I just swap the 93 computer for the 90 to delete the EGR and use the 93 manifolds and MAF? How much and where should I remove from the manifolds (pics would be great)? If I run the UD pulleys will I need to upgrade to 10% overdrive pulley?

Any suggestions or comments are greatly appreciated, I have owned a dozen of these cars but this will be the first I have done any performance work to.

My 17" chrome cobra R's made it through customs today so they should be here tomorrow or thursday along with the 1.5" Eibach's. The ripper is already installed. I'm having the windows tinted as soon as the snow breaks. And hopefully I can get enough time off work to put it all together and POSSIBLY drive it at some point.

Thanks guys.

I would say you will pull 215 rwhp with those mods listed

With those mods, I'd forget about the raise top, its not going to make a wit of difference for you.

Its not worth the effort to swap in the newer computer because your not going to gain anything, and you will need to rewire the EEC connector. Using the so called larger MAF from a newer car will net you very little as well. It only flows 50cfm more and unless you do some head work and rev the heck out of the motor you won't see that.

The biggest bang for your buck would be to find a 94/95 blower and plenum (or better), have it ported a bit, get a 76mm MAF and 42# injectors. With that and your other mods you should get up around 250rwhp or a bit more and you will be knocking on 13's door if everything else in your car is up to snuff. You will need to get a tune to maximize the benefit of those though.

I made 220 rwhp and 319 torque with 1" raised top, 5% pulley, underdrive pullies, ZR Cold air intake and exhaust. I've learned though don't expect too much otherwise you will get disappointed fast ;)

If I would go through it again I would have upgraded my fuel pump and injectors first, then get some more heat away with a better intercooler then the rest. It may help prevent the premature headgasket failure...
