Blackouts for the headlights and taillights?

in my experence as once a licenced inspector here in va and from the new inspection book the black outs are elegal to run in most states,check to see if your state is one of them,here in VA if you get a ticket for them court cost and fine is $250.00. and the police have your car towed home their is another $50.00 out of pocket and the law watches you take them off,then they go in his trunk.:eek::eek::eek:

i did get pulled over once...was let go with a warning...but it did look sic as phuck...

if you want you could always just buy the tint that goes over it and apply it yourself so you don't have the get the covers and you will have the tinted look.
