With your impressive knowledge on drag racing and your habit of calling everyone "son", I would have bet you would have been an old guy like me:D At the shootout I was looking for someone with gray hair:p

Just turned 29 back in February and I'm starting to watch this gut grow.:( <br>
Too much soda and my job has me sitting in front of a PC. Need to get out in the garage and crunch some SC parts.

Just turned 50.

Remember, aging is inevitable but growing up is optional :)

Funny thing.... when I was looking for another project car I was leaning towards another 5.0 Mustang but decided a guy my age needed something more "age appropriate". :D

Now I find out that even the youngins' ...lots of them, apparently...like these old T-Birds ! I think that's pretty cool. I never woulda thunk it. Just shows how wrong a guy can be, eh?

Cheers

I fell in love with the t-birds when i first got my 93lx, then i was looking in my manual and it said something about the supercoupe model and i hit google and found out about these cars and thats where it started!! I was 16 wen i got the lx

The age variance truly amazes me as well, and makes me proud that it is not an old man car, or a youngster's car. It is a car too cool to be defined by an age group.
For the youngin's, I only WISH I had a car this cool when I was 18ish... Gratz!:D

I am 32. I bought a 94lx new in 94'. I have also owned a 95lx 4.6l and a 96 with sport package. Now that I'm a little older with a couple coins to rub together, I have finally gotten the SC I always wanted when I was younger, a 95' auto. Course now I can afford two new cars with the SC just for fun. I would love to use it for a daily driver but I don't have that much money:D.

I'm 24 and have owned 3 Thunderbirds from age 16 up. Was only able to go without one for 2 months before I picked up my first and only SC in 2005. To be honest I was amazed at my first 2007 shootout experience that my brother and I were a minority being younger guys and all. It's awesome how much these cars attract people from all age groups, and I had the same amount of fun either way. Most of the highly modded car owners got a few years on me, I noticed.

I'm 39 and will be 30-10 in June (40).
I had an 86 NA bird back in the early 90's and even though it was a basket case I still loved the car.
She's now long gone and my 94 SC is now my baby. I bought it from a friend at work that had to get a more family oriented car. He bought a Buick. Supercharged at least.
Cheers!

25 In July....second Tbird. First was a 95 LX that I shipped back from Germany, man I miss that car. I don't remember seeing any SC's back growing up, my uncle had a 94 V8 that I beat on a bit when I was 15 and I remember thinking it was an awesome car! Dirt roads plus V8 plus 15 year old equals rooster tails and fish tails!:D
