I found the socket that i need,we need to check k-member bolt,tranny bolts

I have install info that i printed off that might help us figure it out,

I just hope that shop didn't quit after breaking the head off of a bolt. that would suck.

I've been reading some stuff Jason. Just what did the shop do to your car when they tried to change the mounts?

I'm betting they snapped the head of a bolt off.... They were telling him that they can't do it unless he wanted them to cut the heads of some bolts off and replace them..... Becha' they broke it and were like "~~~~".

I'd check it out, and if there is damage from them get some pics of it. That is BS them tearing something up and not taking responsibility.

And then charging them $60 for his failed attempt.

I always take pictures of the areas that are going to be worked on, and heck, I even TRUST my local Ford dealer, lol.

Payed off when one of the shock mounts wasn't bolted down tight :)

I bet we are right the way the motor was bouncing around while matt was jacking up the car. Something is not right with the mounts or craddle. Best of luck Jobe

If your thinking of dropping that K-member your getting into a real mess with the bolts. Change the mounts from the top side.

Oh I'm sure Jason wants me to, but no deal. He's getting that socket incase the shop left one of the bolts lose.
