If you want to know how it would look, just stack some washers on the wheel studs and bolt the wheel back on. Most people only use a spacer for clearance from brakes or other stuff when using aftermarket wheels. I can't think of anyone who has used spacers to widen the track just for looks.

BTW, you can't go more than about 1/4" thick on the spacers without switching to longer studs.
