Has anyone used these lights? Seems like an outstanding bit of tech, and there are other boards full of people raving about them... but they are $50/pair.

It does make sense: We don't see IR light, so grabbing some and focusing it back on the filament will increase its heat without pulling light from the visible spectrum. Since it's a focused heat it sholdn't radiate in the same manner as normal bulbs, meaning that their claims of lowe temps could be correct.
Since these are the same size and configuration at the OEM 9005 and 9006 bulbs, they will be setting int he reflector properly, pointing light where it belongs.
$100 a set is allot more that OE bulbs, but allot less than an HID conversion with similar results.... I haven't seen anythig on longevity, though.
