I have a drivers side air bag from ny 94 SC that I am parting out.....

Sorry to muck up your thread, but how hard is that thing to remove? My horn pad/air bag cover became sticky while the car sat the last two years and nothing has worked yet to clean it up yet. I'm considering getting a replacement while the capacitors are drained.
 
They are on the side with little round plastic covers over them. They are almost behind the wheel on the sides.
 
Correct.....

Pry off the covers and you will see the bolts.....

You can see the two tabs on the picture of the back side of the air bag......

I think they were 10 mm....
