anyone have a part # for a smaller belt? (10% od pulley)? I hear when you go to 10%, its advised to get a slightly smaller belt (and mines shot anyways). I was going to go to autozone or advanced auto, but anyone know what size to go with here (91 SC)? I also heard to possibly get a bigger steel idler pulley - where would I find one of these?

I don't have the part number off hand but I run a 38" Dayco Polycog belt.

Gates doesn't make polycog.. that's Dayco.
Gates is Micro-V
Goodyear is gatorback.

Search on Belt length gives you some good threads on how to figure it out. Numbering is fairly standard. If you can't find the length you want with the number of ribs you need, you can try to find one with more ribs for the length. Then just cut off the extra ribs with a razor blade.

ok so with a 10% pulley you could get a 38" belt to fit on there? I am not sure to go with a 38, 38.5, or 39"???

People say to run 39" belts all the time, but I use a 38" belt and it fits nice and snug, even before I used the MP springs.
