Turn the key on but do not start the engine.....

Does the pump motor ever shut off.....

Just to be safe, check the grommet on the throttle body that the TV cable goes into....

If its plastic, it would be in your best interest to replace it with a brass one....

The brass grommets...

This cable is responsible for shifting the trans into OD....

Very easy to fix (takes about 5 minutes).....

The other thing could be the TV...

On my 93, the balancer walked off the shaft just enough to separate the hall sensor ring from the crank sensor causing a no start condition....

You could hardly see any wobble at all....

While cranking the engine, check the harmonic balancer for any wobble....

Check the bolt that holds the balancer to the crank shaft.....

I had a 93 that had the same hard start / no start...

Bleed the rears first..... Top off the fluid...

Bleed the rears first.....

Top off the fluid in the reservoir....

Turn on ignition switch and let the brake system build up pressure....

Have your assistant apply the brakes while you bleed...

Check the bolt that holds the harmonic balancer on....

It might have broken off and the balancer has worked its way off the crankshaft....

If so, then your accumulator is bad and needs to be replaced....
