This Sunday is our F L A G - S H I P event of the year. It is OUR thank you
for being a member of the club. We hope you can ALL make this BBQ Event.
DATE: Sunday June 8TH
TIME: 9am-4pm - no cars can enter the show after 12 noon though.
COST: $10.00 (to enter car show) - Our Charity is the Canadian Crime Victim
Foundation Http://www.CCVF.net
LOCATION: J.C. Saddington Park
This picturesque park is located at 53 Lake Street and is at the mouth of the
Credit river in the village of Port Credit.
The easiest way to get there is to go south on Mississauga road from the QEW -
The park is south of lakeshore right at the lake - if you go too far your tires

ITINERARY >>>>>>>>>
Gates open at 9am and close at noon for car entry - no cars will be allowed to
enter the show after Noon.
Also, please note: Because the roadway is a public PATH walked daily by many
locals - once your car is parked we ask that you do not leave until after the
awards (approximately 4pm). In other words, do not enter the show if you can not
stay until 4pm. If you really need to leave early - go to the GTAMC tent and
ask for an escort - someone will walk you to the gate and unlock it for you.
When you arrive, park your car as directed and then head on over to the
registration table. There is a small bit of paperwork to fill out plus you'll
receive a participant voting form.
Completed participant voting forms are due back to the registration area by 1pm
sharp and you will receive your door prize ticket at this time. The door prizes
are fantastic so make sure you keep your ticket.
Door Prizes:
17 gal., 150 psi Porter Cable Air Compressor c/w hose and Impact gun.
3 ton low profile floor jack
Many cans of Invisible Glass and No-Touch Tire Shine plus lots of other prizes.
Schedule:
9am – 1pm ~ registration and participant voting.
50/50 ticket sales, 3 for $5 or an arm length for $20. (Proceeds will be donated
to help support the Canadian Crime Victim Foundation)
Personal donations to the CCVF will also be accepted at the registration table
area.
1pm – 3pm ~ enjoy the cars, meet your neighbours, visit our vendors, enjoy the
day.
3pm ~ 50/50 ticket draw (GTAMC Tent)
~ Door prize draws
~ Award ceremony
We are giving away 50 Awards this year as selected by YOU! 15 are dedicated to
1978 Mustangs or older and 35 are dedicated to 1979 and up

Support our food concession vendors,
Jumbo Hot Dogs $2.50
Sausages $3.50
Hamburgers $4.00
Cheese Burgers $4.50
Coney Island Sauce $1.00
Cold Drinks $1.00
Ice Cream truck is scheduled to be there also.
Since the park has restrictions on noise, please keep your stereo turned off and
drive slow, safely and carefully on park property. This area is VERY VERY busy
with locals because it is in the heart of Port Credit.
