Cannot acess website from home

I sent Duffy a PM about this on June 24 and have had nothing change since then. I cannot get on the SCCoA website (any page) from my computer at home ever since we switched servers, and it is driving me nuts. Can someone please help me find out what's going on?
Tom

There is nothing to fix from our side. Many websites switch IP addresses over time. Possibly the new IP address has not propagated to your DNS server or the old address is held in cache somewhere.

If you run a firewall, possibly it is blocking the IP for some reason.

What IP address do you get when you ping www.sccoa.com?

What OS are you using at home?
What Browser are you using at home?
What release of the browser are you using at home?
Are you going to sccoa.com or to a bookmarked IP address?
Who is your internet service provider?
Are there any other sites you cannot use?
Have you cleared your cookies?
Have you deleted all your temp internet files?

Cleared cookies and my temp folder.
I use Comcast High Speed Internet.
SCCoA is the only website I cannot access.
I have "www.sccoa.com/forums" in my dropdown bar, that is how I usually access it although since not being able to I've google searched to link directly to threads, I've tried going to other pages, nothing works.
I have the latest edition of Internet Explorer, I also tried it with Firefox to no avail.
I use Windows XP pro on my laptop at home.
I'll find out my IP address when I go home today and post it tomorrow.

I also don't want to turn off my firewall just to get to one website. Is there an option to make exceptions to blocks the firewall makes?

How exceptions are set would depend on your firewall.

What is the exact error you get when you cannot get to the site?

Have you tried just going to www.sccoa.com? (Without the "forums" on it.)

Also, try pinging www.sccoa.com from a DOS window to see what IP you get.

Did you ever get in from home? It has been 9 days since you responded to these posts.

Ok I'll do it when I get home and have a friend post it for me. I can use those proxy server things to view the site, but I can't login or post or anything.

This is the ip address I see on a ping: 208.38.185.82

We have literally a thousand or more people that access the site, so the problem is definately on your end and I don't know what other assistance we can provide.

George, I don't have a problem accessing the club site, but my email alerts to threads I've posted on have stopped. My email address is the same and none of the settings on my user CP have changed either. Could one of you check on that? Thanks!

I get that IP as well. I was over a friend's house and had my laptop with me, and the site worked fine. This issue is only occuring at my house it seems.

Is this the only site you are having a problem with? Just wondering if it has something to do with how you have the security set on it. I know if I set mine anything higher than medium, I have trouble accessing a lot of stuff.

I have my security on low, and this is the only site it does it with. It worked fine before we switched to a new server. Could I somehow be mistakenly IP banned?

What is your IP address? We don't have many banned IPs, but I can check.

Also can you send a screen shot of when you try to access the site from your house? Maybe that will tell me something. Just email to my address below.

George, when I get home I'll take a screenshot of what happens when I visit the site, and look up my IP address. Thanks for taking a look at this issue.

Mike, I already sent Ron a trace and he said everything is working fine but the site is acting like my IP is banned but it's not on the ban list.
